On Thursday 3rd February, Room 6 went to the
races, it was awesome. Bret, the manager, showed us around.
First we went to the celebrity lounge and that’s where Bret
introduced himself. He told us some information about the racecourse, then we
watched the first race. “And away they go,” everyone shouted. Number seven took
the lead, no wait, number six is catching up. Six was now in the lead heading
towards the finish line. Number 6 known as Dashing Dottie has won, announced
race commentator Mike O’Sullivan. “Hooray for Number Six,” we all shouted.
